Payroll & Benefits Office Webpage

The Payroll and Benefits staff are responsible for the timely processing of all payroll, benefits enrollments/changes, personnel data and attendance. The staff must maintain computerized personnel files and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to state and federal agencies. They are responsible for the preparation and distribution of W-2s and 1095-Cs for employees, assisting employees with their W-4's, direct deposit, benefits forms, life insurance, Frontline Absence Management system and 403(b) annuities. The office also does research including pulling and coping records when requested.

    Jury Duty Process Changes

     

     

    We are excited to announce a simpler, streamlined process for Jury Duty absences and reimbursements.

     

    Step New Process
    You receive a Jury Duty notice  Send a copy of the notice to the Payroll Office
    Confirmation of receipt of Jury Duty notice Email sent via Frontline (Aesop)
    You receive your Jury Duty check  Send a copy of the check to the Payroll Office
    The amount you receive and deposit from jury duty will simply be deducted from your paycheck once you send us a copy of your jury duty check or stub. 

     


    You can send payroll your jury duty notice and a copy of your check/stub by scan (emailed to payroll@psdri.net), fax (401-729-9247) or inter-office mail and you can contact Cindy Antypas with any questions.
